out his coat of fur from being
shaved down this summer.  
Many people have come to my
home to meet a Siberian and
met Ivan and fell in love with
him.  He is a retired breeder of
mine and related to many of
our Siberians

My name is Erin Prindiville, and the photo I'm submitting is of Elphaba
"Elphie". Her registered name is Oxsana Elphaba Knyaginya Yarkaya.


This is a photo of her picking out a pumpkin for us to carve at a local pumpkin
farm here in St. Louis, MO, and she loved being able to snack on a wee spoonful
of it. She's a Silver Seal Lynx Point and has been to three CFA shows. At the CFA
Midwest Regional, she was called back for two All Breed Finals, and won a ribbon
for Best Longhair Premier and 2nd Best Longhair Premier. Last year, she was
snow white (the costume didn't stay on for long), and we're still deciding what
she'll be this year. She's getting two new friends, our king and our first queen, on
October 19th, so you may be receiving a photo of each of them.


She's a very empathetic kitty. I have RA, and they also think I have MS, and
somehow, she always know where I hurt and she'll lightly lay near that spot and
act as a hot water bottle for me. I've never met an animal so in tuned with my
emotions. I used to be a dog person, but not anymore!

Here is Ivan decked out for
Halloween. He was born on
3/1/08 and his parents were
Sonja Dam and Czar (I think).

Ivan is somewhat crazy and is
obsessed with my head . He
loves to lie on my head or lie
against my head whenever he
can. Ivan is all about
Siberians. He also loves to lay
on his back and sleep like a
human.

Siberian, and once we had
her, we knew one Siberian

Here is a Halloween photo of our first Siberian, Sophie born Feb 1, 2008,
Pendraig Clara Aslanova Sunfire Daughter of Aslan and Peli
Sophie (silver torbie) is a bit shy and I had to lure her to pose with a treat. This is
a photo of her licking the crumbs off her mouth.

Then we have a photo of Sammie born March 7, 2008
Sammie (golden tabby) LOVES the camera and wants to show off his evil grin for
Halloween, but also includes a softer photo to remind everyone what a loving and
friendly cat he is!

I first discovered this breed when I did a Google search for hypoallergenic cats.
My husband has environmental allergies, and has never been able to have pets. I
grew up with cats and had to have one, so I took a chance and found Sophie. My
husband has never reacted to either of the cats and in fact loved Sophie so much
that we had to buy Sammie so that I would have a cat to play with too! We are so
impressed with the breed, and everyone who has met our cats wants to take them
home. They are super friendly, loving and playful. We love them like children and
spoil them accordingly :)
